It is our mission at Sacred Space Yoga to provide a nurturing, safe and non-competitive environment to bring mind, body and spirit back into union and harmony.
It is in this sacred space that the yoga student will be guided in the exploration of asana (posture), pranayama (breath) and meditation creating a calm mind , open heart and flexible body.
Our dedicated teachers will inspire the student to turn inward and discover the sacred space that lies at the core of our own true self, that which is of love, light and peace. |
